We Build & Ship

All material is relaxed before splicing for dimensional accuracy. Typical lead time is one week or less for stocking materials.

Faster Turnaround
We maintain thousands of feet of pre-relaxed cord in stock across multiple materials — so production starts immediately when your order is placed.
What We Produce

Custom Rings, Any Size

Not every application fits a catalog size. Vulcanized and spliced rings let us produce a ring to virtually any inside diameter and cross-section from extruded cord stock — whether you need a single ring for a repair or a production run for an OEM application.

We work with round, square, rectangular, and 4-lobe (Q-ring) cord profiles. If you need a profile or size that isn't available as a standard molded ring, a spliced ring is often the most practical and cost-effective solution.

All standard durometers are available across our stocked compounds. Specialty materials can be accommodated on request — contact us for availability and lead time.

Turnaround & Lead Time

One week or less for stocking materials. Lead time may vary for higher quantities, larger rings, or specialty compounds — confirmed at time of quote.

Note: very small inside diameters may not be suitable for splicing. We'll advise if an alternative solution is recommended.
Materials

We stock the most common compounds and can source specialty materials on request.

Heat Spliced

Vulcanized Rings

The standard method for solid elastomeric profiles. Cord ends are cut, joined, and bonded under heat and pressure to form a strong, continuous ring suitable for most sealing applications.

Cold Bonded

Sponge Rings

Sponge profiles require cold bonding — a bonding agent is applied to the cord ends and joined without heat. This preserves the cellular structure that heat would damage, making cold bonding the correct method for sponge compounds.
