How long will it take to ship my order?

Stocking orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Non-stock or special items ship based on the lead time confirmed on your order acknowledgment.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are included on invoices, which are sent at the end of the business day when your order ships. Tracking information can also be found under the “My Orders” section of your account when logged in.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order value is $30. If your order falls below that threshold, please reach out to us directly — we're happy to accommodate with a $30 lot charge applied to meet our minimum.

Do you offer custom or non-standard sizes?

Yes. Custom and non-standard sizes are available. To ensure accuracy, we ask that you include all relevant specifications — including any drawings if applicable — when submitting your request. You can reach us by phone, email at sales@alliedseals.com, or through the RFQ form on our website.

Can you cross-reference or match a competitor's part number?

Absolutely. We're happy to quote any product our competitors offer. Simply provide us with the part number or enough information for us to produce an accurate quote and we'll take it from there.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship both domestically and internationally. Depending on the order value, international customers may be required to arrange their own freight. All international orders are subject to applicable customs duties, taxes, and related fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What materials are your O-rings and seals available in?

We stock and supply a wide range of elastomers and compounds across standard durometers, including Buna-N (Nitrile), Viton (Fluoroelastomer), EPDM, Silicone, Fluorosilicone, PTFE, Neoprene, Aflas, HSN, Polyurethane, Perfluoroelastomer (Kalrez/Simrez), Natural Rubber, Butyl, Hypalon, SBR, and sponge compounds. If you don't see what you need, contact us — we can source a broad range of specialty materials as well.

Are your products ISO certified? Can you provide compliance documentation?

Allied Seals, Inc. is ISO 9001:2015 certified — it's important to note that this certification applies to our company and quality management system, not to individual products. We can provide material certifications and compliance documentation for all items. If Material Test Reports (MTRs) are required, please notify us prior to placing your order, as this may require a special material run.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy page for full details.

Do you offer sample parts?

Sample parts are available on a case-by-case basis. Depending on what is being requested, a lot charge or setup fee may apply. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
